Tumbling

This class is an excellent way for boys and girls ages 4 - 8 to increase flexibility and agility. Simple tumbling moves from forward and backward rolls to headstands and cartwheels are taught.

Kids Rock

A high-energy and fun class for those small dancers who want to learn the current street jazz/hip-hop moves.to music by Hannah Montana and High School Musical. For ages 5-9

Jazz/Musical Theater

Jazz is offered for ages 9 and up. This class is offered as an adjunct to ballet and it's foundation is ballet technique. Therefore all students should take ballet to excel in jazz. Our jazz class is not hip-hop but based on Broadway and Muscial Theater and we use choreography from current Broadway shows such as Hairspray, Legally Blonde and Wicked.. This is an excellent class for those who love to act and want to pursue theater.

Teen/Adult Ballet and Teen/Adult Jazz

Beginning/Advance Beginning Ballet for ages 15 and up. The Teen/Adult classes are for those who have never danced or for those who have danced in the past and are wanting to get back into ballet and/or Jazz.. Ballet classes incorporate pilates as well as barre and center work to increase flexiblity, muscle strength and to decrease stess. Ballet is a wonderful way to get in shape and have fun.
